Refund & Return Policies

As standard no refunds if product is correct and functioning. If product is in original not damaged package, we may accept return (will issue RMA number) with restocking fee (minimum 30%)

Shipping Policies

For small sized products (up to 5kg and total sum of all box dimentions W+D+H up to 100cm) delievry within EU countries are 35EUR. Same for Poland 25EUR, for Latvia and Estonia 16EUR

As standard 12 months after Invoice date.

Billing Terms

We keep for sale partners prices as low as possible - prepayment allo us to lover sales price. The buyer must pay before shipment of goods. For long standing customers possible paymentwithin 15 days of the Invoice. This way we still have short payment time (keeping low sales prices) and also making fastest possible shipment time (no need to wait for prepayment, avoiding shortage in stock because of prior sales).
