Founded in 1953 by the Carioli family in Treviglio, a heavily industrialized area of Italy, Carioli depositi Industriali began as a reseller of high speed steel tools, transmissions, hand tools and industrial hardware products. Subsequently, they specialized in tapping, threading and chip removal, while still continuing to provide transmissions and industrial maintenance products. In 2009, with the participation of the Techno Trade Group, Carioli depositi Industriali expanded their services to include the Ttake range and catalogs in Italy.
