The SYJ Valve is an innovative combination of space efficiency and performance superiority which provides real value to the design solution. Whether designed in a manifold or used as a single valve, this small profile increases design flexibility and minimizes space requirements. The SYJ valve utilizes a low power (0.5 watts standard) pilot solenoid design, which dramatically reduces thermal heat generation. This improves performance, decreases operating costs, and allows for direct control by PLC output relays. All electrical connections for SYJ Valves are available with lights and surge suppression. SYJ series valves can be configured on base mounted manifolds, or individually on sub-plates, creating a variety of solutions to meet your broadest engineering needs.

The VZM series is a 5 port mechanical valve. It is compact in design with a large flow capacity (VZM400 Cv 0.55, VZM500 Cv 0.6). The VZM is available in a metal or rubber spool style, with a variety of actuator choices and optional external pilot.

SMC s updated VXD series for air is a pilot operated, 2 port solenoid valve. The renewed VXD is not only smaller, but uses less power compared to the previous version. Available in aluminum, resin, brass and stainless steel. The VXD series also offers low concentration ozone resistant and oil free options. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.9 to 9.5 for the threaded version.

The SQ uses cassette style valves and manifolds, making it simple to increase or decrease the number of stations on a DIN rail. Valves are available with 12VDC or 24VDC rated voltage. Actuation options include 5 port single solenoid, 5 port double solenoid, and dual 3/2 ported. Manifold variations for the SQ plug-in series include EX510 Gateway-type serial transmission system, D-sub connector, flat ribbon cable connector, PC wiring system compatible flat ribbon cable, terminal block box, or a lead wire kit. The SQ plug lead units are available with D-sub connector, flat ribbon cable connector or PC wiring system compatible flat ribbon cable kits.

PVQ series has been used in applications such as air blow, flow control, hand piece control for dental unit and other respiratory equipment, as well as, cooling for laser machinery etc.
