You may initiate a return within 14 days free of charge in the following cases: 
The item is faulty.
The item is not as described in the product listing.
The item is unsuitable for its intended purpose, provided that this was discussed and clearly communicated to the Supplier before purchase.
* In the cases listed above, we will proceed with a 100% payment refund. Return shipping will be covered by the supplier.
You may also initiate a return within 14 days from receiving a product if the product is ordered incorrectly, however a Supplier will apply a restocking fee.
