Series CG1 single rod, double acting air cylinder has 8 bore sizes and can meet any application need. The tube is impact extruded aluminum to produce an extraordinarily smooth finish, allow low break-away pressure and smooth stroke action. Various mounting bracket options are available. The MU plate single rod, double acting, cylinder, with its elliptical design, provides a low profile while maintaining force output. The MU cylinder can eliminate the need for higher operating pressures that may be required for typical flat cylinders. The oval piston shape also provides an intrinsic non-rotating function without having to use a rod with flats, offering increased bearing and seal life.

The CQS single rod, double acting version of the compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The CQS offers standard long strokes (up to 300mm) in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. Long stroke versions incorporate a wear band and thicker piston to handle the increased bearing needs of the longer strokes. Both switch capable and non-switch capable body styles are the same, and switches can be mounted on three (12-16 bore) and four (20-25 bore) sides.
