This product is part of the Lexium 32i range, an offer of servo motors for integrated servo drive from 0.6kW to 2.2kW. The 10-pole servo motor features a medium moment of inertia with a maximum mechanical speed of 6000RPM and keyed shaft without holding brake. It is an equipped with a single-turn SinCos Hiperface® encoder (32,768 points/turn) for automatic transmission of data from the servo motor to the servo drive. It is a servo motor with a rated supply voltage of 208V to 480V, a continuous output current of 4A at 8kHz and maximum continuous power of 1.9kW. The shaft dimensions are 19mm (diameter) x 40mm (length). It is furnished with printed circuit board connector for electrical connection. It is an IP65 rated product. TeSys T is a motor management system that provides full motor monitoring, control, and protection when used with short circuit protection and a contactor. TeSys T manages most critical processes while reducing downtime and increasing productivity. TeSys T is a flexible system that integrates seamlessly into your automation system through five major communication protocols. TeSys T predicts what will happen in the process, as it accurately monitors current, voltage, and power over a wide range. This controller is the central component in the motor management system. The module manages the basic functions of the motor management system. It manages the measurement of 3 phase current via integral current transformers from 0.4 to 100 A or up to 810 A by external current transformers. It also measures ground current with internal or external ground sensors, motor temperature and the inputs and outputs for the various motor control modes, detected fault management and other functions. Profibus DP protocol is used by this controller. This module has 6 discrete logic inputs, 3 relay logic outputs and a relay output for detected fault signaling overload relay. The current range of this controller is 1.35 to 27 amperes. 120 to 240 VAC is used to power this controller. Controller is 2.40 inches tall, 3.58 inches wide and 4.82 inches deep. Controller weighs 1.17 lbs. Controller has the following certifications: UL, CSA NOM, ATEX, BV, EAC, RINA, LROS, DNV, ABS, GL, KERI, RMRoS, C-Tick and CCC.

To be used with a 24V AC voltage for the control of the starter (through the control terminals A1/A2 located in the power base). Certified when used in conjunction with a LUB power base (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
