Altivar Machine ATV320 range is an offer of variable speed drives designed for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This ATV320 drive can feed 3-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors. It works at a rated power up to 1.5kW, and a rated voltage from 380V to 500V. Altivar high IP offers washable drives for harsh environments, if users want to clean the dust and chemical pollution outside of drives. It is delivered without fan, with embedded EMC C2 filter and it provides IP66 protection. It integrates as standard Modbus and CANopen communication protocols with access via the RJ45 connector on the front of the drive. It weighs 6kg. The drive software includes 5 safety functions that help machines meet safety requirements. These safety functions are configured using SoMove software. TeSys LRD overload relays are designed to be used with TeSys D contactors to make a motor starter. This overload relay can be used with 80 amp through 95 amp TeSys D contactors. These differential thermal overload relays detect over currents in the lines to the motor. When an overcurrent is detected the overload relay working with the contactor will disconnect the power to the motor. This will minimize the damage to the motor windings. This overload relay has an adjustable trip current rating of 37 to 50 amperes. This trip current rating is calibrated per Class 10A. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHs/Reach).
