CP96, profile tube design ISO cylinder with enclosed tie rods, is available in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The air cushion and bumper cushion combination greatly reduces noise at the end of stroke. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. Increasing the precision of the bushing and piston rod, as well as reducing tolerances, has decreased the deflection of the piston rod. Standard strokes range from 25 to 800mm.

The MHZ2 Series gripper has an integrated linear guide for high rigidity, positioned with two dowel pins to prevent guide slippage. It has mounting versatility on three sides, in five configurations. Available in single acting (N.O., N.C.) and double acting.

The power supply cable with M12 connector is used to connect the EX600-ED2 End Plate to a power supply. Available with straight and right angle connectors in lengths of 2m and 6m.

The C85 series single rod, double acting, conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm. A unique rod packing design prevents entry of dust and the effectiveness of the seal is such that the C85 is suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. With abrasion resistant packings and replaceable piston rod seals, the C85 offers exceptional service life.

Booster relay series IL100 is used when the piping between instrumentation and operational area is long, or when operational area has large capacity. Series IL100 can help accelerate actuation speed considerably.

C55 double acting, air operated cylinders were designed to meet a broad range of automation machine applications. The MIW is a two-finger, slider guide cylinder with sequentially operating fingers making it an effective addition to conveyors, vibratory feeders, magazines and hoppers for separating and feeding individual parts or work pieces on assembly and production lines. An interlocking cam mechanism controls the air passage to the two piston rods, pressuring one while exhausting the other, producing the sequential operation. A floating mechanism separates the fingers from the internal piston allowing for easier finger replacement.

The use of the DM series, multi-connector, enables panel mount connections with other apparatus and can provide the reliability of one-touch installation and removal of multi-tubes (nylon, polyurethane). SMC s double check block for the separated type VQ1000/2000 can be used on the outlet side piping to keep a cylinder in the intermediate position for a long time. Combining the double check block with a built-in pilot type double check valve and a 3 position exhaust center solenoid valve, will enable the cylinder to stop in the middle or maintain its position for an extended period of time.
