Series AV-A soft start-up valves allow the user to set the initial rate of system pressurizations to minimize system shock. When deactivated, the valve quickly exhausts the system for safe servicing of equipment.

The VZM series is a 5 port mechanical valve. It is compact in design with a large flow capacity (VZM400 Cv 0.55, VZM500 Cv 0.6). The VZM is available in a metal or rubber spool style, with a variety of actuator choices and optional external pilot.

SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. SYA 5 port air operated valves are available in body ported or base mounted styles. The SYA uses the same manifolds as series SY (non plug-in style) for types 20, 41, 42 and 45. One-touch fittings are available on body ported types. Available thread types are Rc, G, NPT or NPTF.

Special version of the VP series valve that conforms to ISO13849-1 safety standard, categories 3 and 4. These are a dual residual pressure release valve with detection of main valve position.

A 3 port air operated valve, the SYJA is available in a body ported or base mounted style. The SYJA s small profile increases design flexibility and minimizes space requirements.

Series VH rotary hand valve s compact design and variety of flow rates make it ideal for a wide range of applications requiring manual directional control. The slide ring design makes the VH valve easy to operate while offering a high tolerance to contamination with its self-cleaning, wiping action .
