The Mercmaster LED Series Luminaires provide a power-efficient lighting solution with a consumption of only 32 Watts, achieving an impressive lamp life exceeding 60,000 hours. This fixture is specifically designed for demanding environments, offering high shock resistance and cold start capabilities, which enhances overall service life and safety.
With a flexible, modular design, it accommodates retrofits and plant expansions to meet various installation needs. It is certified for Class I, Division 2 and Zone 2 locations, ensuring compliance with global lighting standards for industrial applications.
This luminaire supports a wide range of lumen outputs, with lumens ranging from 2,300 to 12,850, effectively replacing up to 400 Watt HPS/PSMH lamps. The product operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -40 °C to +65 °C, making it suitable for extreme conditions.
Constructed from cast copper-free aluminum with a baked epoxy finish, it features stainless steel hardware and polycarbonate globes, ensuring durability in wet locations. The device meets stringent NEC/CEC and ATEX/IECEx certifications for safety and performance.
