The PlexPower Series panelboards are designed for environments requiring robust protection. Featuring circuit breaker modules, they provide explosionproof safety for standard off-the-shelf breakers, which eliminates the necessity for a heavy cast enclosure. This design allows for a lighter, more compact installation, facilitating easier setup in various applications.

With component-level protection, users can replace, upgrade, or add breakers in the field without the need to remove bolted covers, thus maintaining the integrity of the flamepath and avoiding sealing or rewiring concerns. This feature significantly enhances usability in hazardous locations, including wet and corrosive environments.

The technical specifications include a lighting panel rated between 120 to 240 V with QC breakers, and a power panel rated from 480 to 600 V utilizing F-Frame breakers. Constructed from 316L stainless steel with stainless steel hardware and a hard-drawn, tin-plated copper bus bar, these panelboards ensure durability and corrosion resistance. Optional features such as drain/breather, GFI breakers, and external actuation are available to cater to specific needs.
