The Han E 06 Pos. F Insert Screw is a high-quality female insert designed for industrial connectors. Featuring a robust screw termination method, this insert ensures secure and reliable connections in various industrial applications. It supports a conductor cross-section range of 0.75 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 18 to AWG 14) and can handle a rated current of 16 A with a rated voltage of 500 V. The insert is made from durable polycarbonate (PC) material in RAL 7032 (pebble grey) color, and the contacts are crafted from copper alloy with a silver-plated surface for enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Designed to meet stringent industry standards, the Han E 06 Pos. F Insert Screw offers excellent insulation resistance (>1010 Ω) and low contact resistance (≤ 1 mΩ). It is compliant with UL 94 V-0 flammability standards and various RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance. The insert is also approved by DNV GL and meets specifications such as IEC 60664-1, IEC 61984, UL 1977, and CSA-C22.2 No. 182.3.
With a limiting temperature range of -40 to +125 °C and a high mating cycle durability (≥ 500 cycles), this insert is suitable for demanding environments. It also features wire protection and includes PE contact for added safety. The Han E 06 Pos. F Insert Screw is ideal for use in industrial automation, machinery, and railway vehicle applications, providing reliable performance and compliance with EN 45545-2 fire protection standards.
