The MK7P pneumatic bundling tool is engineered for the effective application of ties within industrial production environments. Utilizing an enhanced compressed air supply, this tool achieves faster operation of the tensioning piston compared to similar devices.

Operating within a pressure range of 3 to 6 Bar, the MK7P can achieve a tension force adjustable between 60 to 170 N, allowing for precise control over fastening applications. With a maximum strap thickness of 1.5 mm and a strap width limit of 4.8 mm, the tool is suitable for various plastic cable tie materials.

Dimensions of the tool are approximately 220 mm in length, 170 mm in height, and 40 mm in width, making it compact for easy handling. The pneumatic operation ensures a cycle longevity of up to 1,000,000 cycles, enhancing its reliability in continuous use.

Compliant with ELV standards, this tool's housing is constructed from plastic reinforced with glass fibers, providing durability without compromising weight. The MK7P also features an automatic cut-off mechanism for improved safety during operation.
