The Class 5000 (H50) Smart Meters are designed for sophisticated energy monitoring, facilitating dual protocol communications that allow simultaneous interaction with up to two energy monitoring systems. These systems can include Building Automation Systems (BAS) as well as energy billing and Measurement & Verification (M&V) reporting tools.

This meter features a large 4-line LCD display with backlighting, enhancing visibility and usability. Capable of operating under various conditions, it has a minimum operating ambient temperature of -4 °F (-20 °C) and can withstand maximum ambient temperatures up to 122 °F (50 °C) with 95% non-condensing humidity. It operates on either a 3 or 4 wire input voltage configuration and supports frequencies of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
