IFM AC1150

The AS-Interface module facilitates the integration of sensors and actuators in field installation scenarios. It operates within a voltage range of 26.5 to 31.6 DC and consumes a maximum of 80 mA from the AS-i network, incorporating reverse polarity protection.

Equipped with two digital inputs configured for PNP input circuits, the module supports a sensor supply voltage of 20 to 30 V, with a maximum total current rating of 26 mA. The input current specifications include a high level exceeding 5 mA and a low level below 1 mA. The ambient operational temperature range extends from 0 to 55 °C, and the device is rated IP 65 for protection against dust and water.

In terms of visibility, the module features distinct LEDs: a green LED for operational status, a yellow LED indicating switching status, and red LEDs for error and function notifications. The module's dimensions are 102 x 91 x 71 mm, and it weighs approximately 286.7 g. The housing is constructed from PBT material and is designed for AS-i interface mounting to FC-E lower parts. Compliance with EMC standards is ensured as per EN 50295. The AS-i classification includes master profiles M2, M3, and M4, alongside profile S-7.F and an I/O configuration of 7, with hex ID code F. Data bits are assigned for motor status, error messages, and input signals.
