The Keyence GT2-71P Amplifier Unit is a high-accuracy digital contact sensor designed for precision measurement applications. This unit features a DIN rail mount for easy installation and a PNP output for reliable signal transmission. The GT2-71P is equipped with a 6 + 1/2-digit 7-segment LED display, providing clear and accurate readings. Additional displays include a 2-colour, 13-level bar LED display and various indicators, ensuring comprehensive status monitoring.
With a display resolution of 0.1 μm and a wide display range from -199.999.9 to 199.999.9, the GT2-71P delivers exceptional measurement precision. The unit supports multiple control inputs, including timing, preset, reset, and bank input, all of which are no-voltage inputs. Control outputs include HH, HI, GO, LO, and LL, with a PNP open collector configuration.
The GT2-71P offers flexible response times, ranging from 3 ms to 4,000 ms, depending on the connected sensor. It operates efficiently with a power consumption of 2,200 mW in normal mode and 1,700 mW in power-saving mode. The unit is built to withstand harsh environments, with an ambient temperature range of -10 to +50 °C and vibration resistance of 10 to 55 Hz with a double amplitude of 1.5 mm.
