The Keyence GV-H45 Sensor Head is a high-performance, short-distance sensor designed for precise detection in compact spaces. Utilizing a visible semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 655 nm, this sensor head offers exceptional accuracy and reliability. It features a detection distance ranging from 20 to 45 mm, making it ideal for applications requiring close-range sensing.
Equipped with a Class 2 laser as per FDA (CDRH) Part 1040.10, IEC 60825-1, and JIS C6802 standards, the GV-H45 ensures safe and efficient operation. The sensor head includes multiple status indicators, such as a red LED for control output, a green LED for laser radiation emission, and a green LED for spot indication, providing clear and immediate feedback on operational status.
Designed to withstand harsh environments, the GV-H45 boasts an IP67 enclosure rating, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. It operates effectively under a wide range of ambient conditions, including temperatures from -10 to +50 °C and relative humidity levels of 35 to 85% RH. The sensor head is also resistant to vibrations, withstanding frequencies from 10 to 55 Hz and double amplitudes of 1.5 mm for 2 hours in each axis.
Constructed from durable materials such as PBT for the housing, polyarylate for the display, SUS304 for metal components, and glass for the lens cover, the GV-H45 is built to last.
