The Keyence LR-TB2000 All-Purpose Laser Sensor is designed for a wide range of industrial applications, offering a detection distance of up to 2 meters. This sensor utilizes a Class 2 red laser (660 nm) to ensure precise and reliable detection. The compact and robust design, featuring a zinc die-cast case with nickel chrome plating, ensures durability in harsh environments.
The LR-TB2000 is equipped with multiple features to enhance its functionality, including a mutual interference prevention function that allows up to four units to operate simultaneously without interference. The sensor also offers a selectable response time ranging from 1 ms to 1000 ms, providing flexibility for various applications.
With an IP65/IP67 enclosure rating, the LR-TB2000 is protected against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for use in demanding industrial settings. The sensor's environmental resistance is further enhanced by its ability to withstand ambient temperatures from -20 to +55 °C and vibrations up to 55 Hz.
The LR-TB2000 features NPN/PNP open collector control outputs, which are selectable and can handle up to 30 VDC and 50 mA. Additionally, the sensor includes protection circuits against reverse power connection, power supply surges, output overcurrent, and reverse output connection, ensuring reliable operation and longevity.
