The OT and OTN series of fuses are designed to deliver low-cost protection for feeder and branch circuits, particularly for lighting, heating, and other non-motor applications. With a rated voltage of 250 V AC and 250 V DC, these fast-acting fuses are capable of safely interrupting available short-circuit currents up to 50,000 amperes across all ratings.

It is critical to note that these fuses are not rejection types; therefore, replacements must be selected carefully to match or exceed the original interrupting ratings. Specifically, the OTN(15-60) versions comply with Canadian electrical code requirements for Type P low melting-point, non-time-delay fuses.

This fuse features a Class K5 designation, ensuring reliability in various applications. Constructed with a tin-plated copper terminal type and a PolyTube body material, it supports a clip mounting style for straightforward installation. The fuse weighs 1.45 lb with dimensions of 2.06 in in diameter and 8.63 in in length, making it suitable for various electrical setups.
