Designed for versatile mounting, this block can snap onto a DIN rail adapter or be directly mounted with a flange. It is also suitable for free-hanging configurations. The unit is colored white (RAL 9010) and measures 18.5 mm in width, 28.6 mm in height, and 21.7 mm in depth.

For enhanced functionality, the blocks can be interconnected through the conductor shaft, enabling bridging with corresponding plug-in bridges found in the accessories. The device is compliant with IEC 60998-2-2 standards, ensuring reliable operation under specified conditions. It exhibits a high degree of pollution resistance and is rated for an overvoltage category of III.

With a maximum load current of 41 A when using a 6 mm² conductor cross-section, the distribution block is built to withstand demanding electrical environments. Its thermal properties allow for operation within a temperature range of -60 °C to 110 °C, making it suitable for various applications, including rail vehicles, where it meets stringent fire protection standards outlined in DIN EN 45545-2.
