The Schneider Electric ABL8WPS24400 is a robust and reliable regulated switch mode power supply (SMPS) that delivers direct current voltage. It features a wide input range of 380V to 500V AC, an output current rating of 40A at 24V DC, and a maximum power output of 960W.
This industrial-grade power supply is ideal for supplying the necessary DC voltage for automation equipment in various sectors such as conveying, packaging, control, food & beverage, mining, oil & gas, and water. Its automatic reset feature allows for short-term faults to be cleared, enabling systems to restart without disrupting on-duty maintenance.
The ABL8WPS24400 is equipped with an LED diagnostics indicator located at the front, facilitating instant troubleshooting. It also provides a power reserve, allowing it to deliver a current of 150% its nominal rating for a short time, enabling handling of simultaneous inrush current when starting a process.
This DIN rail-mountable power supply measures 165mm in width and weighs approximately 2.7kg. It is UL 508 and CSA C22.2 No 60950-1 compliant, ensuring safety and reliability. For added protection, a GV2ME07 thermal magnetic circuit breaker is recommended.
