The Schneider Electric Altivar Process ATV600 variable speed drive is a versatile and efficient solution for feeding 3-phase synchronous and asynchronous power motors. It boasts three built-in RJ45 communication ports, an Ethernet port, and two serial ports, making it highly adaptable to various industrial environments.
Operating at a rated supply voltage of 200V to 240V AC, this drive offers up to 30% energy savings when on standby due to its innovative 'Stop and Go' operation. It is suitable for motors with power ratings up to 11kW / 15hp for applications requiring slight overload (up to 120%) or up to 7.5kW / 10hp for applications requiring significant overload (up to 150%).
Weighing in at 13.8kg and with dimensions of 211mm wide, 546mm high, and 232mm deep, this drive is designed for fluids management processing and energy saving applications in industries such as water and wastewater, mining, minerals and metals, oil and gas, and food and beverage. Accessories like fan kits and graphic display terminals are available to enhance functionality.
The Altivar Process ATV600 drive is designed for vertical mounting on a wall, with a flexible range of +/- 10°. This innovative solution supports energy management, asset management, and overall process performance, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications.
