The TeSys Giga high power contactor operates with three poles (3 NO) specifically for AC-3 applications, handling up to 185A and 110kW at 440V. It features a wide operational coil voltage range of 48-130V AC/DC, ensuring low power consumption while providing enhanced control through PLC output.
Engineered for rigorous applications, this contactor supports maximum operational rates of up to 600 cycles per hour and can function effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C. Its mechanical durability is rated at 5 million cycles, ensuring long-lasting performance. The contactor includes a Local and Remote Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) system, providing continuous monitoring with health and alarm indicators, and allows for easy maintenance without the need to disconnect cables or busbars.
With a compact size of 255mm x 108mm x 175mm (H x W x D), it is designed to save panel space while ensuring IP2x protection as per IEC 60529 and VDE 0106 standards. The device is also compatible for direct mounting on a plate and is suitable for high-altitude applications up to 3000m without derating.
This product is certified across multiple standards including CE, CB, CCC, and cULus, and is recognized as a Green Premium compliant product, indicating its adherence to environmental standards.
