The Sick RE11-SA03 Non-Contact Safety Switch is designed to enhance safety in industrial environments. Utilizing a magnetic sensor principle, this switch ensures reliable operation with 1 N/O and 1 N/C contact configuration. The switch is equipped with a 3-meter PVC cable, making it suitable for various installation scenarios. With an assured switch-on distance of 3 mm and switch-off distance of 12 mm, it provides precise actuation in demanding applications.
Built to comply with EN ISO 14119 standards, the RE11-SA03 features a low coding level actuator and is classified as a Type 4 device. It is designed for individual wiring with diagnostics, ensuring no safe series connection. The switch operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C, making it suitable for harsh environments. Its robust VISTAL® housing offers IP67 protection, ensuring durability against dust and water ingress.
This safety switch is certified by multiple standards including cULus, TÜV, and EC-Type Examination, ensuring compliance with international safety regulations.
