The ET 200SP CPU1515SP PC2 F is designed for operation in harsh environments, with a temperature range of -40 to +60 °C. This unit features a conformal coating for enhanced protection and is based on the specification 6ES7677-2SB42-0GB0. It is equipped with 8 GB of RAM and includes a 30 GB CFast storage drive pre-installed with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 64-bit and S7-1500 Failsafe Software Controller CPU 1505SP F.
Connectivity options are extensive, including 1 slot for CFast, 1 slot for SD/MMC, and a dedicated connection for the ET 200SP bus adapter via PROFINET. Additionally, it provides 2 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and 1 DisplayPort for video output. Networking capabilities are supported through a 10/100/1000 Mbit/s Ethernet interface.
In terms of physical dimensions, the CPU measures 160 mm in width, 117 mm in height, and 75 mm in depth, and it complies with IP20 protection standards. This model supports safety functions with a performance level of E according to EN ISO 13849-1, making it suitable for applications requiring SIL 3 functional safety.
