The SIMATIC WINCC RC upgrade facilitates the transition from version 7.2 to 7.3, enhancing the capabilities of the SIMATIC WinCC Runtime and Configuration (RC).
This upgrade includes crucial features such as redundancy options, a user archive, and a web navigator, alongside web load balancing and diagnostics for client/server environments. Additionally, the software offers a data monitor and a connectivity pack, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The upgrade is provided as a single license for the Connectivity Station runtime/configuration software.
Notably, the system supports up to 32 clients and 18 servers, with online projecting capabilities and a maximum of 70 configuration and runtime languages, making it versatile for various applications. The minimum required main memory is 2000 MB, and the processor should operate at a speed of at least 2.5 GHz. This upgrade is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems, but not with Linux or older versions such as Windows XP or Windows 2000.
For successful delivery, an email address is mandatory for software and license key download.
