The KTB FS 262615 S4E4 is an empty terminal box constructed from stainless steel 1.4404 (316L), featuring an electropolished finish for enhanced corrosion resistance. Measuring 260 mm in both height and width, and 150 mm in depth, it is designed for use in hazardous environments, including the oil and gas, chemical, and process industries.

With multiple gland plates located at the bottom, top, left, and right, this enclosure can accommodate various cable sizes, including M12, M16, M20, M25, M32, M40, M50, and others. It includes a welded-on M6 stainless-steel earth stud for reliable grounding, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

This product meets various certifications, including ATEX, IECEx, and UL, confirming its suitability for explosive risk zones. The enclosure supports a maximum payload of 27 kg and operates within a temperature range of -60 °C to 135 °C. The protection degree is rated at IP66 and IP67, providing robust ingress protection.

For installation, the terminal box features four welded-on mounting feet with 11 mm holes, facilitating secure attachment. It is also designed with a material thickness of 1.5 mm for the enclosure and cover, and 3 mm at the flange, ensuring durability in demanding applications.
