The XS range is an offer of inductive proximity sensors for the detection, without physical contact, of metal objects. The advantages of inductive detection are numerous, no physical contact with the object to be detected. Thus avoiding wear and enabling detection of fragile or freshly painted objects. This sensor is part od the food and beverage processing series. It is a cylindrical, non flush mountable sensor. Diameter 12mm, threaded M12 x 1. It features a stainless steel cylindrical boby and a 2m long cable. It has a sensing distance of 7mm. Three-wire, DC supply, 12V to 24V, NO function, NPN solid-state output .

This product is part of the XS range, an offer of inductive proximity sensors. This general purpose inductive proximity sensor in XS1 cylindrical M18 design. It is flush mountable and has a frontal detection face. It supports 5mm nominal sensing distance and 1 normally closed discrete output. This XS cylindrical (M18 thread) inductive proximity sensor has a PPS sensing face and a nickel plated brass case. It has a supply voltage of 24V to 240V AC/DC. This general purpose threaded cylindrical inductive proximity sensor is flush mountable. It is mountable directly on a surface or bracket, thanks to its outer thread and twin nuts. Corrosion-resistant and non-magnetic nickel plated brass provides magnetic shielding to the sensor, better accuracy and immunity to magnetic disturbance. It has an annular LED for easy sensor status viewing, setup and troubleshooting. IP65 and IP68 protection makes this product ready for the harshest environments. It can operate in very cold (-25°C) and hot environments (+70°C). It features double insulation for better people and system protection from electrical shocks. It is CCC, CSA, UL certified.
