SMC s 3 port air operated valve, VPA300/500/700 is available in body ported or base mounted styles. The VPA offers a high flow capacity of Cv1.0 (VPA300), Cv2.3 (VPA500), Cv4.0 (VPA700). It is possible to use the series as either a selector valve, or divider valve. The VPA is changeable from a normally closed style to a normally open style.

The SV series employs a multi-connector instead of the conventional lead wires for internal manifold wiring. By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations are greatly simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Manifold sections can be added using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors allows up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch (6 to 12mm with resin body). NBR seal is used as standard and FKM or EPDM is optional. (normally closed) to N.O. (normally open) by merely turning over the switch cover.
