The VXZ series for water is a 2 port, pilot operated solenoid valve capable of operating at higher differential pressures by maintaining a zero differential pressure on the seat. The molded coil offers low power consumption, long life and high reliability. Standard NBR seal and optional FKM seal for use with deionized water. Available for port sizes ranging from 1/4 to 1 inch. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.9 to 10.2.

The SYJA3000/5000/7000 series are 4 5 port air operated valves with rubber seals. The series is available in base mounted or body ported styles.

The VQC series has five standard wiring packages bringing a world of ease to wiring and maintenance work, while the protective enclosures of three of them conform to IP67 standards for protection from dust and moisture. The use of multi-pin connectors to replace wiring inside manifold blocks provides flexibility when adding stations or changing manifold configuration. The VQC series has outstanding response times and long life.

Series AV-A soft start-up valves allow the user to set the initial rate of system pressurizations to minimize system shock. When deactivated, the valve quickly exhausts the system for safe servicing of equipment.

Series VT 3 port, direct operated poppet valves are compact in size, yet provide large flow capacity, and low power consumption. The series is suitable for use in vacuum applications. The VT valve is a single valve with 6 functions (universal porting type) such as N.C. valve, N.O. valve, divider valve, selector valve, etc. The manifold style valve, series VO, can be easily converted from N.C. (normally closed) to N.O. (normally open) by merely turning over the switch cover.

SMC s VP300/500/700 series solenoid valve, offers high flow capacity and reduced power consumption (1.55W standard, 0.55W with power saving circuit). The series may be used as either a selector valve, or a divider valve. It is vacuum applicable up to –101.2kPa. Series VP3145/3165/3185 is a large size, 3 port solenoid valve with a rubber seal. It is possible to use the series in vacuum applications or under low pressure. Both series are available in a normally closed or normally open styles.

SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. SMC s 3 port air operated valve, VPA300/500/700 is available in body ported or base mounted styles. The VPA offers a high flow capacity of Cv1.0 (VPA300), Cv2.3 (VPA500), Cv4.0 (VPA700). It is possible to use the series as either a selector valve, or divider valve. The VPA is changeable from a normally closed style to a normally open style.

The SV series employs a multi-connector instead of the conventional lead wires for internal manifold wiring. By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations are greatly simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Manifold sections can be added using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors allows up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

The VM series is a mechanical, poppet valve. Their compact size requires little mounting space. The VM series offers a wide variety of actuator styles and flow capacity up to 1.0 Cv.
