The VX2 for air is available with resin and aluminum body. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch (6 to 12mm with resin body). NBR seal is used as standard and FKM or EPDM is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.

The VZM series is a 5 port mechanical valve. It is compact in design with a large flow capacity (VZM400 Cv 0.55, VZM500 Cv 0.6). The VZM is available in a metal or rubber spool style, with a variety of actuator choices and optional external pilot.

The VDW size 1 is available with resin, brass or stainless steel body with orifice size up to 1/16 inch. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. Maximum Cv is 0.07.

The SV series employs a multi-connector instead of the conventional lead wires for internal manifold wiring. By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations are greatly simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Series S070 is a super compact direct acting 2/3 port solenoid valve that meets the miniaturization needs of analyzers, medical equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. S070 is extremely lightweight (5g for valve single unit type) and operation noise is 38dB(A) or less. It is easy to increase or decrease the number of stations (stacking base). Valve width is 7mm.

The VQC series has five standard wiring packages bringing a world of ease to wiring and maintenance work, while the protective enclosures of three of them conform to IP67 standards for protection from dust and moisture. The VXZ series for air is a 2 port, pilot operated solenoid valve capable of operating at higher differential pressures by maintaining a zero differential pressure on the seat. Available with resin, aluminum, brass or stainless steel body material. Standard NBR seal and optional FKM for use with ozone resistant applications. Available in port size 1/4 to 1 inch. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.7 to 9.4.

Series VFM is a 5 port, compact, mechanical valve available in a rubber (VFM300) or metal (VFM200) seal style. This series has a large flow capacity (Cv 1.0) and a high cycle rate. The VFM offers an internal or external pilot body option and a variety of actuator choices.
