Customers looking for a compact, light-weight, high flow valve for piloting process valves or actuator applications, need search no longer. SMC s series V100 is one of the most advanced solenoid valves in today’s market. The standard V100 uses only 0.35w, which is 76% less than comparable valves. The low power model uses only 0.1w, reflecting dramatic savings of up to 93% compared to existing products. Weighing in at a mere 12g, with flow rates between 8.4 and 24 l/minute, it’s the perfect solution when space, performance, and component weight is critical.

Special version of the VP series valve that conforms to ISO13849-1 safety standard, categories 3 and 4. These are a dual residual pressure release valve with detection of main valve position.

The new VM100/200 series is now more lightweight and compact than the conventional model. The series has a variety of actuator types to choose from. Also, with piping options of side ported and bottom ported, it is now possible to choose the mounting method with the side ported.

The VX2 for medium vacuum (0.1Pa.abs or more) is available with brass and stainless steel body. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. FKM seal, oil-free and non-leak construction is standard. EPDM seal is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.

The SV series employs a multi-connector instead of the conventional lead wires for internal manifold wiring. By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations are greatly simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Manifold sections can be added using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors allows up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

Series SY offers major advances in valve performance for cost-effective solutions to your requirements. The series offers high flow with low power consumption in a compact design. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles and can be used individually or manifold mounted.

VQ valves are ideal for applications requiring high speed, frequent operation, stable response time and long service life. Innovative mounting methods allow valves to be changed without entirely disassembling the manifold. Built-in one-touch fittings save piping time and labor.
