TeSys H ultra compact direct safety starter, 3 poles, 6.5A/500V AC-53, for control and protection of 3-phase motors up to 3kW@400V (3HP@480V). The hybrid technology used for power contacts procures ultra compactness (22.5mm width) as well as an extended electrical durability up to 30 million cycles AC-53. It provides control for one direction of rotation, an adjustable motor current 1.5-6.5A, class 10A thermal overload protection with auto/manual/remote reset, phase loss and phase unbalanced protection, stall and jam motor protection. To be supplied with 24V DC, it provides logic inputs for ON/OFF motor running and remote reset after thermal tripping, 1C/O contact relay for fault indication, LED status on front face for indication of tripping and motor running. With an integrated Safe Torq Off (STO) function with SIL3 level according IEC61508-1 and PLe level according ISO13849-1, it can be integrated to safety chain applications. DIN rail mounting, screw terminals for control and power, it can be used for ambient temperatures from -25 to 70°C, without derating until 30°C. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CCC), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

The 10-pole servo motor features a medium moment of inertia with maximum mechanical speed of 4000RPM, parallel keyed shaft and holding brake. It is equipped with a SinCos Hiperface® encoder (131072 points/turn x 4096 turns) for automatic transmission of data from the servo motor to the servo drive. BMH servo motor is medium inertia motor, it is particularly suitable for high-load applications and allows the movement to be adjusted in a more robust manner. It is a synchronous servo motor with a rated supply voltage of 480V, a continuous stall current of 30.8A and a continuous power of 6.1W. The shaft dimensions are 38mm (Diameter) x 80mm (Length). It is furnished with rotatable right-angled connectors for electrical connection. It is an IP65 (standard) and IP67 (with kit) rated product.
