The 5 port solenoid valves series SQ was designed for applications which demand high speed, high frequency, long life and a precise response time. The SQ uses cassette style valves and manifolds, making it simple to increase or decrease the number of stations on a DIN rail. Valves are available with 12VDC or 24VDC rated voltage. Actuation options include 5 port single solenoid, 5 port double solenoid, and dual 3/2 ported. The CM2-Z series offers a variety of mounting options.

Standard double acting, single rod version of the CQ2 compact cylinder. The CQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

Series KE pressure relief valve with one-touch fitting can release residual pressure from a cylinder to the atmosphere by the push button. The two types of available piping are the one-touch fitting type and the Rc(PT) screw type.
