Magnetic Pick Up Tool with Light

The MHS3 Series, 3-finger grippers are optimal for gripping spherical, cylindrical or round work pieces and loading or unloading of work pieces from the chuck of a machine tool. Its wedge cam design minimizes its overall size while retaining a high holding force making it suitable for end-of-arm (end effector) or space constrained pick and place applications.

This vacuum unit is UR+ Certified for Plug and Play integration with Universal Robots collaborative robots. The design is compact and lightweight with many cup configurations including 1 cup, 2 cup, or 4 cup options. The cup options include variations of shapes, materials, and sizes. One of the notable options include the FDA compliant cup material. The unit includes connector, mounting flange, protective cover, and integrated vacuum unit.

This product is part of the Lexium T, P range, an offer of spare parts. This double telescopic axis is mounted with universal joints. It is compatible with Delta robot P4. Lexium T, P delta robots for pick and place solutions. Lexium Delta 2 and Delta 3 robots are designed for fast pick-and-place with payloads of up to 60kg (Delta 2) and 15kg (Delta 3).
