The EBR 30, 60, 100 and 150 Amp Series Receptacles are designed to incorporate either an interlocked circuit breaker or a disconnect switch, providing essential protection in hazardous environments. These receptacles are classified for Class I, Division 1 and 2, Groups B, C, D, as well as Class II, Division 1 and 2, Groups F, G, and Class III. Additionally, they meet NEMA ratings of 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 7CD, and 9FG. The interlocked circuit breaker not only allows for safe connect and disconnect operations but also offers short circuit and thermal time delay overload protection, thereby safeguarding equipment from potential damage. The interlocked disconnect switch ensures secure connection and disconnection. These receptacles support various amperage ratings of 30, 60, 100, or 150 Amps, with voltage options of 120/240/480/600 Vac or 250 Vdc. They come with configurations for 3 or 4 poles and 2 or 3 wires, accommodating a wide range of horsepower ratings from 1 to 75. The plug cable diameter varies by amperage, with specifications including 0.500 to 1.125 inches for 30 Amp, 0.500 to 1.375 inches for 60 Amp, 0.875 to 1.906 inches for 100 Amp, and 1.09 to 2.187 inches for 150 Amp. The mounting box entries are designed for feed-thru applications. Constructed from copper-free aluminum with a maximum of 4/10 of 1% content, the receptacles, mounting box, covers, and plug housings are finished with an epoxy powder coat for enhanced durability. Insulating blocks are made from fiberglass reinforced polyester, contributing to the overall reliability of these receptacles.
