DEUTSCH DT backshells are designed to offer a high level of protection for convoluted tubing. These backshells allow the tubing to nest within the rear of the backshell, providing a neat and organized appearance. Available in straight, 90°, and strain relief versions, these backshells cater to various installation needs.

The DEUTSCH Solid Contacts are designed to terminate wire from 4 AWG to 22 AWG (25 - 0.35mm2) and come in five sizes each for pin and socket configurations. These contacts are available with either a nickel or gold plating finish.

The DTM plug assembly is configured with a 12-pin housing, designed specifically for female terminals in a wire-to-wire connector system. It utilizes size 20 DEUTSCH contacts, each rated for a continuous capacity of 7.5 amps. The integrated latch ensures secure mating, enhancing reliability in various applications.Constructed from PA GF material, the housing exhibits a black finish and features a cable exit angle of 180°. It supports operating voltages up to 250 VDC and is suitable for a wide temperature range from -55 °C to 125 °C (-67 °F to 257 °F). The connector's design complies with IP68 protection standards, ensuring its functionality in demanding environments while meeting UL-94 flammability ratings for safety.With a centerline pitch of 4 mm, the housing dimensions measure 40.01 mm in width, 15.24 mm in height, and 30.1 mm in length. It is polarized to prevent incorrect connections, although it does not include a terminal position assurance feature. This assembly can be serviced as needed, catering to various industrial applications where reliability and performance are critical.

The stamped and formed contacts are designed to terminate copper wires ranging from 14 AWG to 18 AWG, accommodating a wire insulation diameter of 1.9 to 3.55 mm. These contacts are available with gold plating, ensuring reliable conductivity. With a typical current rating of 13 A, these contacts utilize an F-Crimp termination method for secure connections. The mating pin diameter is 1.5 mm, which aligns with standard pin specifications within various industrial applications. The operating temperature range of -55 to 125 °C (-67 to 257 °F) enables usage in diverse environmental conditions. Packaged in reels with a quantity of 4000, these contacts facilitate efficient handling and installation. Notably, the terminal is rated to transmit from 0 to 24 A, making it suitable for low power applications. This product does not feature a sealing capability and is not customer preferred.
