The 3 pole male receptacle is designed with solder cups and a velour chromium housing, providing a combination of durability and aesthetic appeal. This product is part of the DLX-HE Series and features gold contacts for enhanced conductivity. Constructed with high-temperature resistant materials, the receptacle complies with industry standards including IEC 61076-2-103. The device operates effectively within a temperature range of -30 °C to +80 °C and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability ratings, ensuring safety and reliability in various applications. With a rated current of 16 A and a voltage rating below 50 V, this receptacle offers low contact resistance of ≤ 5 mΩ and a dielectric strength of 1.5 kVdc. The insulation resistance is > 10 GΩ, contributing to its robust performance. Its mechanical features include a maximum insertion and withdrawal force of 20 N, as well as a lifespan exceeding 1000 mating cycles. The design accommodates wire sizes up to 2.5 mm² (14 AWG) and utilizes solder contacts with a latch lock for secure connections. Material specifications include a contact plating of 0.2 µm Au over 2 µm Ni, with brass contacts and a shell made of zinc diecast with velour chromium plating for enhanced corrosion resistance.
