The Vinyl Color Coding Electrical Tape 35 is a premium-grade, 7 mil thick tape, designed specifically for electrical maintenance tasks. It features a brown color and is suitable for phase identification, motor lead color coding, and marking safety areas.

This tape is rated for 600V and is capable of withstanding temperatures from 32 °F to 221 °F (0 °C to 105 °C). Its flame retardant properties enhance safety in various applications. The tape exhibits an adhesion strength of 2 oz/in, and adherence to steel is measured at 20 oz/in (2.2 N/cm), ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

Manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), this tape also offers chemical resistance and a high degree of insulation, with an insulation resistance exceeding 10^6 megohms. The dielectric strength is rated at 1250 V/mil, ensuring effective insulation in low voltage applications.

With an elongation at break of 225% and a tensile strength of 90 lb/in (1577 N/100 mm), this tape provides excellent flexibility and durability. It is packaged with 10 rolls per carton and 100 rolls per case, supporting high-volume usage.
