The S202M-B40 Miniature Circuit Breaker is designed for current limiting applications, utilizing both delayed thermal and electromechanical tripping mechanisms to provide overload and short circuit protection. The device is compliant with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC/EN 60947-2 standards, making it suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
With a rated operational voltage of 400 V AC and a breaking capacity of up to 10 kA, this circuit breaker is adaptable for various electrical installations. Its compact size, measuring only 35 mm in width and 88 mm in height, allows for efficient use of space, particularly when auxiliary contacts are mounted, reducing the footprint by 50%.
The operating temperature range from -25 °C to +55 °C ensures functionality in diverse environments. The device also features IP20 protection and can be mounted in any position on standard DIN rails (TH35-15 or TH35-7.5), according to IEC 60715 specifications.
