The Retroreflective sensors - BOS00LW are part of Balluff's 18KW series, designed for precise and reliable object detection. These sensors feature a cylindrical design with an M18 thread, making them easy to install in various industrial applications. The BOS00LW model operates on the principle of retroreflection, utilizing a red LED light to detect objects within a range of 0 to 3 meters.
Key benefits of the BOS00LW include its robust PBT housing and PMMA sensing surface, ensuring durability and longevity even in harsh environments. The sensor is equipped with a PNP switching output that can be configured as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), providing flexibility for different control systems.
