The Festo SPAU Pressure Sensor is a versatile and reliable solution for monitoring relative pressure in various industrial applications. Utilizing a piezoresistive pressure sensor, it offers precise measurements with a range from -0.1 MPa to 1.6 MPa, ensuring accurate performance under diverse conditions. The sensor supports both PNP and NPN switching outputs, providing flexibility in integration with different control systems.
Designed for robustness, the SPAU Pressure Sensor is compliant with multiple international standards, including RCM, c UL us - Listed, CE, UKCA, and KC EMC. It is also RoHS-compliant, ensuring environmentally friendly operation. The sensor can operate with compressed air and inert gases as per ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4], and it is suitable for use with oil lubrication if needed.
The sensor features an illuminated LCD display, allowing for easy reading of pressure values in various units such as MPa, bar, inH2O, inHg, kPa, kgf/cm², and mmHg. The device is equipped with IO-Link® communication, enabling seamless integration into smart factory environments. With a high ADC resolution of 12 bits and an accuracy of ±1.5% FS, the SPAU Pressure Sensor ensures reliable and repeatable measurements.
