The Q Tie features an innovative open-style head and a pre-lock function, facilitating efficient use in various applications. The tie's large ribbed tail incorporates a slot opening that enhances placement accuracy, especially in blind installations or when wearing gloves. This design allows for temporary holding of cable and wire bundles, enabling additional cables to be added without compromising the integrity of the bundle.

Constructed from polyamide 6.6 (PA66), the Q Tie operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°F to +185°F (-40°C to +85°C). It is UL 94 V-2 rated for flammability and is produced in South Africa. With a maximum bundle diameter of 2.0 inches (50.0 mm) and a minimum of 0.06 inches (3.0 mm), it provides versatility for various cable management needs. This product can be tensioned manually or with mechanical application tools, ensuring ease of use across different scenarios.
