The ProcessLine 2x (2DI/1DO) AS-i IP69K module is specifically designed for use in hygienic and wet areas within the food industry, ensuring reliability under demanding conditions. With a full potting construction, the module offers enhanced durability and protection against moisture ingress.
It operates within an extensive temperature range of -25 to 60 °C and maintains a high protection rating of IP69K, making it suitable for environments requiring stringent sanitation standards. The module supports a voltage range of 18...31.6 DC and features a maximum current consumption of 250 mA from the AS-i network, ensuring efficient performance.
Equipped with four digital inputs and two digital outputs, this module utilizes PNP circuits with a maximum load of 180 mA for inputs and 100 mA per output, ensuring effective control over connected devices. The integrated watchdog functionality enhances system reliability by monitoring operational status.
LED indicators clearly display operational status, input/output switching status, and error conditions, facilitating easy monitoring and troubleshooting. The module's robust design and materials, including a housing made from PA grey and stainless steel (316L/1.4404) plugs and sockets, ensure compliance with various chemical media standards as per ISO 16750-5.
