The IO-Link CompactLine module integrates six ports, each capable of controlling two binary outputs, facilitating connections for up to twelve actuators. The device is equipped with two independent voltage supplies, each rated for up to 1.8 A, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.
Operating within a voltage range of 18 to 30 V DC, the module features a maximum current consumption of 50 mA, while the additional voltage supply can draw up to 3600 mA. This module operates using the IO-Link communication protocol, supporting DeviceID and a transmission type of COM2 (38.4 kBaud), compliant with the SDCI standard IEC 61131-9. The minimum process cycle time is 5.6 ms.
Designed for harsh industrial conditions, it maintains operational reliability across a wide ambient temperature range of -25 to 60 °C and can withstand relative humidity levels up to 90%. Rated at IP 69K, this module is protected against high-pressure water jets and dust ingress, making it suitable for rigorous applications.
With a compact rectangular housing measuring 152 x 59.3 x 38 mm and weighing 320.6 g, it is intended for backplane mounting. The housing is constructed from grey PA, with stainless steel (316L/1.4404) sockets, and EPDM sealing material to enhance durability. The module incorporates multiple LEDs for operational status and error indications.
