The Environment-resistant 0.31 Megapixel Monochrome Camera CA-035M from Keyence is designed for demanding industrial environments. Featuring a monochrome CMOS image sensor with high-speed reading using square-pixel technology, this camera ensures precise and reliable image capture. The unit cell size of 6.9 µm × 6.9 µm and a valid pixel count of 0.31 megapixels (640 H × 480 V) in standard mode, or 0.24 megapixels (512 H × 480 V) in alternate mode, provide high-quality imaging suitable for various applications.
The camera supports a progressive scanning system with a pixel transfer frequency of 25 MHz, and digital serial transfer ensures efficient data handling. The electronic shutter can be set from 0.05 to 9000 milliseconds, offering flexibility for different lighting conditions and motion capture requirements.
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the CA-035M features an IP64-rated enclosure, making it resistant to dust and water ingress when used with a Keyence-specified IP64-rated lens and environment-resistant cable. The camera operates reliably in ambient temperatures from 0 to 50°C and relative humidity of up to 85% RH.
With a lightweight design at approximately 75 grams (excluding lens) and a standard C-mount for lens attachment, the CA-035M is easy to integrate into existing systems. This camera is ideal for applications in manufacturing, quality control, and other industrial settings where durability and performance are critical.
