The Keyence CZ-V22AP is a high-performance Amplifier Unit designed as an Expansion Unit with PNP output. It offers exceptional control and integration capabilities, making it ideal for various industrial automation applications. The unit supports multiple response times, including 200 µs (HIGH SPEED), 1 ms (FINE), 4 ms (TURBO), and 8 ms (SUPER), ensuring precise and adaptable performance.

Featuring a robust PNP open-collector output with 4 channels, the CZ-V22AP can handle up to 30 VDC and 100 mA per output, with a total of 200 mA across all outputs. The unit is equipped with essential protection circuits, including reverse-polarity protection, overcurrent protection, and a surge absorber, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.

The CZ-V22AP supports external tuning input, external bank switch input, and external shift input, with an input time of 20 ms minimum. Its versatile timer function offers OFF-delay, ON-delay, and one-shot modes, with adjustable timer times ranging from 1 to 1000 ms for each bank.
