The FD-XA1 Controller DIN Rail Type, Main Unit is designed for precise and efficient flow monitoring in industrial applications. Featuring a robust design, this controller is equipped with a 4-digit 7 segment OLED display for clear visibility and an output indicator for real-time monitoring. The display refresh frequency ensures accurate readings with instantaneous flow updates approximately 5 times per second and discharge/accumulated flow updates approximately 30 times per second.
With selectable response times ranging from 50 ms to 60 s, the FD-XA1 offers flexibility to suit various application needs. The integration data storage interval writes to memory every 10 seconds, backed by EEPROM with a data storage period of over 10 years and a rewritable capacity of over 1 million times.
The controller supports multiple detection modes, including instantaneous flow rate, area mode, pulse output, integrated flow, shot mode, error output, and bubble alert modes. Output options include NPN/PNP setting switch and open collector output, with selectable analog output of 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA.
For enhanced connectivity, the FD-XA1 supports IO-Link and allows unit expansion up to 7 units per main unit. It features comprehensive protection circuits including power supply reverse connection, power surge, output short circuit, and output surge protection.
