The FS-V32P Fibre Amplifier is a highly efficient, cable-type expansion unit designed for precise detection tasks in industrial automation. Featuring a PNP output, this amplifier is part of the FS-V30 series, known for its exceptional performance and reliability. The unit is equipped with a red, 4-element LED light source, ensuring accurate detection with a wavelength of 640 nm.
This amplifier offers multiple response times, including 33 µs (HIGH SPEED), 250 µs (FINE), 500 µs (TURBO), 1 ms (SUPER TURBO), 4 ms (ULTRA TURBO), and 16 ms (MEGA TURBO), allowing for flexible adaptation to various applications. The dual digital monitor displays both preset and current values simultaneously, enhancing usability and precision.
The FS-V32P supports up to 16 expansion units, making it a scalable solution for complex systems. It features selectable LIGHT-ON/DARK-ON output modes and a comprehensive timer function with multiple configurations, including OFF-delay, ON-delay, and one-shot timers. The unit's robust design includes a polycarbonate case, ensuring durability in demanding environments.
With a compact size of 30.3 mm (H) x 9.8 mm (W) x 71.8 mm (D), the FS-V32P is easy to integrate into existing systems. It operates within a wide ambient temperature range of -10 to +55 °C and can withstand high levels of ambient light, vibration, and shock, ensuring reliable performance in harsh conditions.
