The Keyence FT-H30 Mid to Low Temperature Sensor Head is designed for accurate infrared temperature measurement in a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor head is ideal for environments with temperatures ranging from 32 to 932°F (0 to 500°C) and offers a displayable temperature range of -58 to +968°F (-50 to +520°C). The FT-H30 features a thermopile detecting element and operates within an 8 to 14 μm wavelength range, ensuring precise and reliable readings.
Equipped with a 2-point visible laser beam for sighting, the FT-H30 allows for easy alignment and targeting. The sensor's emissivity correction ranges from 0.10 to 1.99 in 0.01 steps, providing flexibility for various materials and surfaces. The robust construction includes a reinforced glass plastic case, a germanium infrared collector lens, and a polyarylate laser transmitter, ensuring durability in harsh industrial environments.
The FT-H30 is designed to withstand challenging conditions with an ambient temperature range of 14 to 131°F (-10 to 55°C) and relative humidity of 35 to 85% without condensation. It also offers strong resistance to vibration (10 to 55 Hz, double amplitude: 1.5 mm) and shock (500 m/s², 10 times in each direction of each axis).
This sensor head is ideal for applications requiring precise temperature monitoring, such as manufacturing processes, quality control, and equipment maintenance. The FT-H30 comes with a mounting bracket for easy installation and integration into existing systems.
